The people who call themselves "government" are very
willing to file documents that show that you owe them some benefit. Things like
DBA's (Doing Business As/Assumed Names). Deeds to real estate so they can add
the property to the tax rolls.
Well, you get the idea.
What they don't like and have started refusing to file
are documents that show they or one of their corporate creations have some sort
of obligation to the people.
Most common is a default. A notice sent to the
government or one of its corporations showing that they have not fulfilled one
of their legally required obligations.
In fact, a gentleman in Texas got sued by the United
States Department of Justice for filing a notice of default against an IRS
agent. The default merely stated that the agent had not fulfilled his
obligations. The Justice Department attorney considered that a lien against the
agent, which it is not, and got the District Court judge to agree. The default
was removed from the record.
This is where we come in. We are more than willing to
file defaults against IRS agents. Against government's corporate creations like
banks and other corporations.
The reason the government doesn't like these filing, it
makes their criminal behavior public. By filing with our website it also takes
control away from the government. Something they just can't stand. |
