Ordering Instructions

It will make your job much easier if you read through all the instructions and prepare your document properly before obtaining a "record number" or sending it to us for filing.


Rules For Filing

1. You must file the entire document.

2. You must include the following phrase at the end of the document::

This document has been recorded at PeoplesRecorder.com:

Record # : __________ Date : _________

3. The Record # and Date must be filled in prior to sending the document to us for filing.

4. Each Record # can only be used on one document.


Prices

$15.00 - Includes up to 4 pages.

$5.00 - For each additional 3 page.

Examples:

  • A 1 page document will be $15
  • A 4 page document will be $15.
  • A 5 page document will be $20.
  • A 9 page document will be $25.
  • And so on...

Steps In Ordering

1. Click on the link below. It will take you to our payment page.

2. Click on the proper payment amount.

3. Complete payment process.

4. An email will be sent to you. Make sure your ISP will accept our email: admin@peoplesrecorder.com

5. Complete your document. Add the record number.

6. Make a copy of your complete document and a copy of our email.

7. Copy on only one (1) side of the page.

8. Do not staple the pages together.

9. Send the completed copy of your document and a copy of our email to:

DO NOT SEND PACKAGE CERTIFIED MAIL - WE WILL NOT GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO SIGN FOR ANY PACKAGE.

10. When your document is received we will scan it into a pdf file and post it to the website.

11. We will not return the document. Therefore, make sure you do not send us the original, only a copy.

12. If the document is not completed properly, or the complete document is not sent, or a copy of our email is not included, nothing will be posted.
